Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Assisted Voice (the "Service"), operated by PERABOT FURNISHINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Assisted Voice may include a web application, desktop client, APIs, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or others' rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems or other users' data;
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits except where law permits;
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, or malicious content;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Content and IP

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Assisted Voice and its branding remain our property.

6. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties (for example, speech recognition or model providers). Their terms may apply to you where relevant.

7. Payments and credits

Assisted Voice sells prepaid credits through one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, or subscription plans to cancel. Each purchase is a single transaction processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Razorpay or PayPal). By completing checkout, you authorize the charge and agree that credits will be added to your account upon successful payment.

8. No refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, chargeback alternatives, or cancellation of completed purchases, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits are not redeemable for cash. If you do not wish to be charged, do not complete checkout.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs in professional or legal contexts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or fifty dollars if none). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account closure, email support@assistedvoice.com from your registered email address. Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure and are not refunded. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction.
