Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026. PERABOT FURNISHINGS PRIVATE LIMITED operates Assisted Voice. If you have questions, contact support@assistedvoice.com or visit Contact Us.

1. Overview

Assisted Voice ("we," "us," or "our") provides a web dashboard and desktop client for real-time meeting assistance, including transcription and AI-generated suggestions. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — such as name, email address, and credentials you provide when you register or sign in.
  • Usage and content — including meeting or session metadata, transcripts, prompts, documents you upload for context, and interactions with the assistant, as needed to deliver the product.
  • Technical data — such as device or app version, log data, and similar information used for security, reliability, and support.
  • Payment data — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Credit purchases are one-time and non-refundable as described in our Terms of Service.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Assisted Voice;
  • Authenticate users, enforce limits (such as credits or plans), and prevent abuse;
  • Communicate about service updates, security, and support;
  • Comply with law and protect our rights and users.

We do not use your private meeting content to train global or public AI models unless we clearly disclose otherwise and, where required, obtain your consent.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We share information with service providers that help us run the product (for example, hosting, storage, speech-to-text, and AI inference), strictly as needed for those purposes and subject to appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and integrity.

5. Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and protections for stored data. Retention periods depend on the type of data and operational needs; we delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the email above to make a request. You may also adjust some settings in your account dashboard.

7. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

Assisted Voice is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
